The Executive and PA Association is exactly the kind of community every assistant in Switzerland needs. It’s more than just a network — it’s a support system where members genuinely uplift and mentor one another, not only through work-related challenges but in every aspect of life. I lost my job five months ago, and like many others, it left me feeling mentally drained. But thanks to this incredible group, I never gave up — not even for a day. We don’t let each other sink. When one of us is down, the rest step in with encouragement, empathy, and zero judgment. Now that I’ve found a new job — with the support, advice, and strength of this amazing group behind me — I feel even more grateful to be part of such a resilient and empowering community. Being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other grow made all the difference. I’m incredibly proud to be a member of this association.

When I discovered the Executive PA Network, it was just a week after I had learned that my position was being relocated from Geneva. Having only been in the role for a year, the prospect of job hunting was daunting, and I wasn't eager to dive into it. However, during my garden leave, I found immense value in being part of this network. One of the key benefits was gaining insights into salary expectations, something I’ve never been particularly confident about. The members were incredibly supportive, offering guidance on salary ranges and helping me build the confidence to negotiate. Additionally, hearing about others' experiences prepared me to ask the right questions during interviews, allowing me to identify and avoid potential red-flag companies. For me, the Executive PA Network is the ultimate resource for anyone in the administrative profession. The social events are an added bonus, but the friendships I've formed are truly priceless. It’s a relief to have a community that not only understands my challenges but also shares valuable advice on how to navigate them.
