The Executive and PA Association is exactly the kind of community every assistant in Switzerland needs. When I discovered the Executive PA Network, it was just a week after I had learned that my position was being relocated from Geneva. Having only been in the role for a year, the prospect of job hunting was daunting, and I wasn't eager to dive into it. However, during my garden leave, I found immense value in being part of this network. One of the key benefits was gaining insights into salary expectations, something I’ve never been particularly confident about. The members were incredibly supportive, offering guidance on salary ranges and helping me build the confidence to negotiate. Additionally, hearing about others' experiences prepared me to ask the right questions during interviews, allowing me to identify and avoid potential red-flag companies. For me, the Executive PA Network is the ultimate resource for anyone in the administrative profession. The social events are an added bonus, but the friendships I've formed are truly priceless.
