Founded to support Executive and Personal Assistants, the Executive & PA Network aims to create a community where professionals can connect, share knowledge, and grow in their careers. Our mission is to empower EAs and PAs by providing access to unique resources, high-level training, and valuable networking opportunities.

Our story
2018
Vision and birth of an idea

In 2018, a small group of visionary professionals in Western Switzerland launched the Executive & PA Network to bridge the gap of isolation by creating a vibrant, collaborative community for Executive and Personal Assistants to connect, learn, and grow.

In just a few years, the Executive & PA Network experienced remarkable growth, becoming the leading organization for Executive and Personal Assistants by offering exclusive resources, powerful networking opportunities, and specialized training programs tailored to elevate their professional development.

The Executive & PA Network rebranded and introduced a successful membership and mentoring programme, rapidly growing to over 100 members within a year, reflecting its commitment to its values and mission.

Marketing & Community Manager

Barbara Rivera-Gavard

Barbara began her career in luxury hospitality before spending 13 years at Cargill supporting senior executives and leading a team of Executive Assistants across Geneva and Amsterdam. Today, as an independent Executive Partner and Marketing & Community Manager for the Executive & PA Network, she is passionate about supporting and promoting the administrative profession.

Daniela Casetta

Daniela, a dynamic individual with boundless energy and quick wit, started her EA career at Puma Energy in 2012. Now at Lombard Odier, she excels in networking and speaks multiple languages.

Karine Guitton

Karine, a seasoned C-Suite EA with over 25 years in event management, has excelled at the World Economic Forum. Fluent in multiple languages, she balances her career and motherhood, showcasing exceptional organizational and networking skills.

Luciana De Souza

Luciana is a Brazilian professional with over 20 years of experience in office management and event planning. She worked in London and Paris, including at Christie’s, before launching her own events company in 2012. Since 2019, she has been at the University of Geneva, now serving as Attaché to the Rector. She holds an Executive MBA from Paris-Sorbonne.

Treasury manager

Tatiana Faure

Tatiana, with over 12 years of experience with Forbes 500 individuals, excelled as an EA in the commodities sector. After 11 years at Gunvor, she joined Socar Trading in 2022, mentoring junior professionals and fostering excellence.

Mentoring Programme Development

Anouk Silvestrini

Anouk is an experienced executive assistant with nearly 30 years in diverse roles, including freelance translator, karate teacher, and massage therapist. Since 2009, she has focused on coaching, personal development, and teaching basic NLP. Currently, Anouk contributes to the Executive & PA Network, leveraging her administrative expertise, communication skills, and passion for mentoring to enhance community engagement.

Website Manager

Chananda Tubert

Chananda is a multilingual executive support, operations, and events professional with extensive experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer experience, and corporate environments. She has held leadership and executive support roles with international organizations including Nespresso, General Electric, Alstom, and GE across Switzerland, Brazil, and Europe. Chananda speaks French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Administrative Assistant

Lotta Turrettini

Lotta is a multilingual professional with a strong background in hospitality, administration, and executive support. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, including multinational companies, where she has supported C-level executives, senior government officials, and members of the diplomatic community. Passionate about helping others and building meaningful connections, she volunteers with Executive & PA Network, providing administrative support to the association.

Lucie Mignot

With more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetics industry and a career that led her to senior executive positions, Lucie Mignot has always been guided by passion, commitment, and a desire to embrace new challenges. From the world of beauty to her involvement in music through Caribana Festival and as a operations Director to a DJ, she has built a unique and versatile career. Today, she applies this wealth of experience and enthusiasm to supporting Ultra High Net Worth individuals with excellence, discretion, and a people-centered approach.

Community Manager

Magdalena Maszudzińska

Magdalena is a Polish professional with over 15 years of experience in executive support, office management, vendor relations, and event coordination across the IT security and hospitality sectors. With a hospitality background, she brings strong organisational and communication skills to international environments. As a member of the Executive & PA Network Task Force, she supports social media and community engagement.

Mercy Odhiambo

Mercy is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the private sector and international organizations. A certified Mental Health First Aider, she is passionate about mental health advocacy, mentoring, and creating thriving environments, reflected in her role as Mentoring Coordinator at Executive PA Network.

Nathalie Betancourt

Nathalie has over 20 years of international experience in operations and project management across hospitality, fashion, and commodities trading. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she fosters inclusive environments and founded GVASK8, Geneva’s skateboarding school, to support youth development and community engagement.

Preety Oguey Ummole

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, aviation, and executive support, Preety has built an international career focused on service excellence and relationship management. After 14 years as a Flight Attendant and First Class Cabin Manager, she expanded into event management, partnerships, and administration. As Hotel Partnership Manager for the Executive & PA Network, she is passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for the community.

Sélène Zaphirato

Sélène is an operations and administrative professional with experience in hospitality, executive support, and digital project management. Passionate about technology and process improvement, she specializes in digital tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions. As IT Support for the Executive & PA Network, she helps implement innovative tools that enable the community to work more efficiently.
