Founded to support Executive and Personal Assistants, the Executive & PA Network aims to create a community where professionals can connect, share knowledge, and grow in their careers. Our mission is to empower EAs and PAs by providing access to unique resources, high-level training, and valuable networking opportunities.

Our story
2018
Vision and birth of an idea

In 2018, a small group of visionary professionals in Western Switzerland launched the Executive & PA Network to bridge the gap of isolation by creating a vibrant, collaborative community for Executive and Personal Assistants to connect, learn, and grow.

Driving Professional Excellence: The Rise of the Executive & PA Network

In just a few years, the Executive & PA Network experienced remarkable growth, becoming the leading organization for Executive and Personal Assistants by offering exclusive resources, powerful networking opportunities, and specialized training programs tailored to elevate their professional development.

Empowering Growth Through Rebranding and Strategic Programs

The Executive & PA Network rebranded and introduced a successful membership and mentoring programme, rapidly growing to over 100 members within a year, reflecting its commitment to its values and mission.

Alison Poeydomenge

Alison has built an international career across luxury hospitality, executive support, and entrepreneurship. With experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders, she is recognised for her organisational skills, discretion, and ability to manage complex projects. Alongside her role as an Executive & Personal Assistant, she founded a luxury wedding planning agency specialising in destination weddings in France and Switzerland.

Anouk Silvestrini
Mentoring Programme Development

Anouk Silvestrini

Anouk is an experienced executive assistant with nearly 30 years in diverse roles, including freelance translator, karate teacher, and massage therapist. Since 2009, she has focused on coaching, personal development, and teaching basic NLP. Currently, Anouk contributes to the Executive & PA Network, leveraging her administrative expertise, communication skills, and passion for mentoring to enhance community engagement.

Barbara Rivera-Gavard

Barbara began her career in luxury hospitality before spending 13 years at Cargill supporting senior executives and leading a team of Executive Assistants across Geneva and Amsterdam. Today, as an independent Executive Partner and Marketing & Community Manager for the Executive & PA Network, she is passionate about supporting and promoting the administrative profession.

Website Manager

Chananda Tubert

Chananda is a multilingual executive support, operations, and events professional with extensive experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer experience, and corporate environments. She has held leadership and executive support roles with international organizations including Nespresso, General Electric, Alstom, and GE across Switzerland, Brazil, and Europe. Chananda speaks French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

With over three decades at the European Broadcasting Union in Geneva, Françoise has built broad expertise across governance, operations, communications, finance, and international event management. This wide-ranging experience now informs her role within the Technology & Innovation senior management team, where she focuses on governance, coordination, and high-level executive support. She also contributes to the EBU’s wider commitment to diversity and inclusion by leading Technology & Innovation initiatives that promote gender representation in STEM.

She worked in London and Paris, including at Christie’s, before launching her own events company in 2012. Since 2019, she has been at the University of Geneva, now serving as Attaché to the Rector. She holds an Executive MBA from Paris-Sorbonne.

Sylvie has primarily an artistic background at Conservatoire de Musique de Genève and Ballet formation. She has over 15 years experience in the Private Banking sector (as a Senior assistant, and then as RM farmer). When she decided to leave Private banking, she worked for a well-known Law firm, in the Private clients sector, which led her to become a PA for a single Italian family office. After the Covid, she decided to become independent to realise a long-cherished dream (since 2008) and become a Yoga Teacher.
